We have a feature in the works that will help out here.
Coming in April 2022, you will be able to clone SLA calendars from one project to another.
More information coming soon. We will be looking for some early testers.
Currently we need to create SLA Calendars for each project individually every time we want to create a new JIRA Service Desk project. We would like to be able to create SLA Calendars once and reuse them in other projects if we want to.

[JSDCLOUD-1315] Share SLA Calendars created in JIRA Service Desk across all JIRA SD projects
+1 from my side. Not looking forward to December when I need to duplicate all holidays across multiple service projects.

Just had to waste hours uploading bank holidays to 80 projects. This should be something in the box from day one. Don't get me started on the copy feature as well. Is JSM abandonware?

Its been sitting for a few years.
The ability to apply a single SLA and Calendar across multiple projects (and then update them from a central place) is a key requirement for a lot of organisations!
As we have more and more projects we need to have an easy way to update the SLA times as it is getting a pain in the a** to update all the projects one by one. Please make the calendars a global setting that can be selected in the project when needed.
It is absolutely incomprehensible why this has been in the backlog for years. It costs your customers a lot of time and money and should be tackled urgently. High priority!
